DRAW NEAR BY HEARTPRINTS
Privacy Policy
Christian Conversation Cards
Effective July 28, 2026
Draw Near by Heartprints is designed to keep prayer, reflection, and remembered encounters close to you. This policy explains what remains on your device, what temporary information is needed for shared rooms and scheduling, and how you can make privacy choices.
Who operates Draw Near by Heartprints
Draw Near by Heartprints is operated by Heartprints of Hope. Questions, deletion requests, and privacy concerns can be sent through our Support Center.
Information stored only on your device
- Your selected deck and Garden progress.
- Your sound, motion, and display choices.
- Your private Ebenezer journal and saved remembered places.
- Temporary credentials that return you to an invitation you joined.
Heartprints of Hope does not receive your private prayer or Ebenezer writing. Clearing app or browser storage can remove this information. The export tool creates a backup on your device and lets you choose where it goes.
Shared Garden rooms
When you deliberately create or join an invitation-only room, the service temporarily processes:
- A random room code, chosen deck, and session progress.
- Your chosen nickname, illustrated avatar, presence, and ready status.
- Predefined reactions and check-ins.
- Random security tokens used to protect room actions.
Spoken card answers and private prayer or journal writing are not submitted. The shared closing statement is supplied by the app rather than written by a player. Rooms expire automatically after four hours. A host can close and delete a room sooner.
Gathering schedules
When you deliberately create or answer a schedule, the service temporarily processes:
- A random schedule code and gathering title.
- Host and guest nicknames.
- Time zone, proposed dates and times, and availability responses.
- Random security tokens used to protect schedule actions.
Schedules expire after thirty days. A host can delete a schedule sooner. Card answers, prayers, and Ebenezer writing are never part of scheduling.
Consent and your choices
Solo cards, the Prayer Garden, and device-local Ebenezers do not require a shared room or schedule. Before creating or joining a shared feature, the app explains what will be sent. Continuing is your affirmative choice to use that feature. You can leave at any time. Hosts can immediately close and delete active rooms and schedules.
Support messages
Contact Support opens your email application. You decide whether to send the message and what to include. Privacy-safe app reports exclude prayers and journal writing.
Information we do not request
The app does not request your microphone, camera, photo library, contacts, location, health data, or advertising identifier. It does not contain third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. No analytics or advertising SDK is currently configured.
Service providers and security
The hosted service uses infrastructure providers to deliver encrypted network requests and temporary room and schedule storage. Those providers process information only to provide and protect the service. Connections use HTTPS. We minimize stored information and use random room credentials to limit unauthorized actions.
Children and family use
Draw Near by Heartprints is intended for individuals, couples, teens, and families. Children should use it under the direction of a parent, guardian, or other trusted adult. Children should use a nickname rather than a full legal name. The app is not a public social network and does not provide public profiles, discovery, advertising, or anonymous chat.
International use and legal rights
Privacy rights vary by location. You may ask what temporary service information is associated with an active invitation code, request deletion, or raise a concern through Support. Because no account is created, we may need the active room or schedule code to locate temporary information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes or legal requirements develop. The effective date will be updated here. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store disclosures.
